FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Acupuncture and massage are different services we offer and so they have different pricing structures. Plus, we have several practitioners here that are sharing our space but are running their own businesses. So, they set their own prices based on their level of experience and how much time they spend with the client, and the market for their services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our acupuncturists, massage therapists, and naturopathic doctor all have to do Continuing Education Credits in order to keep their licensure up to date. As the office manager, I don't have those same requirements. But I do constantly research best practices because I am interested in doing the best possible job so that our clients walk into an office that is really working well as a team.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to be part of the solutions to the problems we encounter, rather than just complaining about the way things are. There are a lot of difficult things in this life. We all know that. Helping make things better, and helping clients and patients improve their health is fun and fulfilling in so many ways. It feels good to help people!
