All moves are based on 2 things Hourly rate and a 1 time trip fee. Customer Service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reviewing their needs in a conversation by phone, email, or texting. It is important to know the number of rooms, square footage, special items that the customer wants moved. We always need the customers name ,phone number, address, and email
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do Packing and Loading classes I,II,III,IV Customer Service classes I and II
