- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several pricing structures. Most clients want to know what the cost will be up front so they do not worry about the price increasing or surprising them later. We have set packages available for our clients from a full planning and design to the more simple day-of-coordination (for clients who have done all the planning themselves). We can do custom packages and hourly rates as well if that feels more comfortable for our clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of our clients will choose to do our Gold Package, which is a full service planning package including Day-of-Coordination. Many others will do Day-of-Coordination if they have already planned the event themselves.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a wedding in which a family member brought the speakers and stereo hookups for the ceremony. Only problem was they did not have the correct cords. As part of our "emergency kit," we brought a "sound bar" and the proper cords so there was ceremony music after all. And loud too! The bride had no idea what happened until the end of the day, which is exactly as it should be. Problem solved and we felt blessed to be part of that solution! We also carry a fully charged ipod with ceremony music, dance music, music for cocktail hour and dining, and some other songs people often choose just in case...
