Alexandra holds very high expectations of excellence in all aspects of culinary work. She has experience in a variety of flavors and food genres, including her twist in comfort food. Some of the best meals I have ever had were made by Alexandra. When the pandemic hit there was a lot of time spent indoors. I was fortunate enough to have her cooking for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during a lockdown for weeks. I can whole heartedly say I miss those days! She’s always thinking outside the box to make a meal just THAT much more delicious, that much more flavorful. There is nothing she is incapable of. On top of her culinary expertise she has an INCREDIBLE work ethic. She has open and ran restaurants, she has managed to keep restaurants running smoothly under chaotic circumstances. This woman has the passion and drive to conquer any and all tasks.

    I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America; so classically french trained chef. I am very fond of new American cuisine as well, but also have experience in vast majority of cuisines such as Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, bbq, Japanese, Chinese, etc.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have loved to cook for as long as I can remember. Food is my true passion!
