I have had the immense fortune of experiencing a multi-course meal-- including a cocktail, appetizer, pasta, main course, and desert-- prepared wholly by Chef Robert, and I must say that there are few meals I've experienced in Denver more thoughtfully and deliciously composed. The meal he created for me and my partner featured fresh, seasonal produce and truly delightful flavor combinations. The combination of dishes and flavors managed to achieve an impressive balance of being comforting, unique, satisfying, exciting, and perfectly balanced all at once. I still often dream about the sweet corn- and cheese-stuffed pasta he made for us!
Robert's cuisine mastery is evident both in his cooking and also in the way he speaks about his passion for food and preparing meals for people. He has worked in prestigious restaurants in the US, which is no surprise when you taste his cooking, but he remains one of the most friendly, down-to-earth chefs I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's incredibly considerate when it comes to food sensitivities, allergies, and dietary preferences-- ensuring that these limitations never make a person feel like they're missing out in their culinary or tasting experience. As someone who loves cooking and being in the kitchen herself, I can think of few people I would trust blindly with making delicious, satisfying meals for me on a regular basis, but Robert has earned a place at the top of that list.

Robert prepared a dinner party for 8 people with roasted chicken, an elaborate salad with nuts and dried fruit and an incredible pasta dish.
The salad was crisp and refreshing with a pop of subtly different flavors with every bite. The pasta was cooked perfectly with a simple, yet flavorful tomato sauce. The best part was absolutely the chicken. I have never had chicken breast cooked thoroughly and retain soooo much juiciness!
Robert was timely and warm in his communications and a delight to have planned and executed a meal to be remembered with some of my closest friends.

You really can't beat having an experienced chef and an alumna of Michelin starred restaurants cook for you in the comfort of your own home. He made us a rack of lamb with a blackberry gastrique that was absolutely to die for. Every dish was perfect and he was a delight to have in our kitchen. Don't walk, run to book him!

Bobby was a personal chef for my 90 yr old mother during the last few months of her life. He always came in with a smile and prepared meals for her that were very delicious and healthy. He prepared many of her favorite dishes but also introduced her to new foods.
