Chef Robert freaking rocks. He’s a true pleasure to be around and an exceptional private chef. What I appreciated most about his cooking was the diverse range of culinary expertise—shaped by his travels and his experience in Michelin-starred kitchens in San Francisco. Robert creates dishes that are elevated and elegant without ever feeling pretentious. He even shared a few knife skills for me to practice! I’ve included a photo of the delicious Vietnamese pancake (Bánh Xèo) he made. Thank you!

Chef Robert made a spur of the moment meal featuring my favorite dish - duck. I order this at restaurants routinely. His was the best I have ever had! And he left the kitchen well organized and spotless!

When I get to be on the fork-side of Robert's cooking, I always have a great meal, and multiple times even a truly phenomenal one. Not only so, but every time I also come away with new knowledge about ingredients, cooking techniques, and wine. I have found myself trying to recreate many of his meals at home afterwards.
