Mitch has been great! I would definitely recommend him to a friend. He makes sure to teach you the form that you need to have for each exercise, and that makes a world of difference.

I have been working out with Mitch for almost a year now, and I have seen incredible progress in weight loss and in strength gained. Awesome guy who clearly loves what he does and takes a personal interest in helping you achieve your goals.

Mitch is awesome! I've been working with him twice a week since the beginning of the year, so a few months now.
I had decided to jump back into getting fit but had some serious hesitations due to poor experiences with previous trainers I've worked with. Mitch put all those concerns to rest. He's extremely attentive to my comfort level and when I say that something is too difficult (or sometimes not difficult enough) he doesn't challenge it, he adjusts the workout to make it work for you. I have a few injuries that I've been dealing with as well, and when I say that something is flaring up, Mitch is super willing to change things up to make sure injuries aren't further agitated.
One of the great things I really enjoy about our workouts is the use of variety. I don't know what to expect every session, which is a good thing! Mitch introduces new workouts all the time, it keeps it really fresh and fun. Doing the same workout every time can be grueling, Mitch is great about changing things up.
Another great experience I've had, he's super relaxed and chill. There's no drill instructor vibes, only encouragement. I've never felt judged or criticized.
The facility that we've been using for the workouts is extremely clean. Other people using the facility wear their face masks appropriately. I feel very safe and comfortable in the gym we use.
Definitely give Mitch a try, he's absolutely worth it!

Working with Mitch the past month has introduced me to new and creative core work. It has already showed pleasing results. Also Mitch is very knowledgeable on how to keep my weight in check. He's professional and patient. I always look forward to our workouts. I Recommend him highly.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer private sessions for $85 and semi-private sessions (2-3 people) for $70 per person. All of my sessions are 1 hour in length.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first session, I have the client fill out an information sheet. I have them answer some basic questions about their exercise history, goals and medical background (as it pertains to exercise-injuries/surgeries/medical conditions).
I then put the client through a movement assessment to check for mobility issues and muscle imbalances. This gives me a great starting point to customize a safe and effective plan for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT). I have been certified with them since 2007.
