Introduction: Hi, my name is Alex and I am a certified personal trainer based in North Capitol Hill, Denver, CO. My fitness studio “Alex Ceban - Bodyweight Training” is located at 429 E 17th ave. I work together with Arash Shirazian who is a phenomenal trainer and I'm very fortunate to have him work at my studio! Arash trains his clients after 1 pm and I train my clients before 1pm. EDUCATION is very important to me! I currently have 14 fitness certifications and have attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world . I started working as a personal trainer in 2011, and spent my first 5 years in business in New York City, training over 200 clients of various demographics and genders as well coaching personal trainers by doing seminars and workshops while I was working as a fitness manager. My training methods have a big emphasis on progressive calisthenics. Accordingly, my program design is built on a principle of increasing strength and skill level that results in dramatic improvement in body composition when combined with proper nutrition. PRICES vary from $40 to $52 for Small Group Training and from $90 to $105 for 1-on-1 depending on training frequency. (NO MEMBERSHIP FEES). Languages Spoken: English, Russian, Romanian. I have been training with Alex for almost 3 months, and he is one of the most professional and dedicated trainers that you will find in Denver. He is pretty meticulous and tracks everything to make sure there is progress and you are achieving your goals. Also, the gym is extra clean and he follows pretty high standards sanitizing the equipment. Highly recommended!!

If you’re looking for someone to help jumpstart your fitness, Alex is your guy. No matter where you’re starting at, this is the place to be. His gym is incredible and the workouts that you do make sense and are customized for your body type and fitness level as well as your goals. Unlike other training programs at chain gyms, where you’re just a number and there is no real structure, Alex takes it to a whole new level and provides you with that structure. If you’re looking for someone to help with nutrition, he can do that too. It’s all inclusive and it’s worth every penny.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Clients can choose from various packages of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 30 sessions or monthly subscriptions.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    As my new client you’ll get a complementary fitness assessment where I’ll perform a movement screen that will give me some important information about possible strength imbalances and mobility issues you might have. We will go over your fitness goals, medical history and more. By the end of your consultation, I'll be able to design your program as well as make a recommendation about training frequency, intensity, volume and other important variables of your future training program. No payment is required prior to your 2nd session.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Since 2011, I have spent a significant amount of time on my education. I have attained over 11 various fitness certifications, and have attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world.
