If you’re looking for someone to help jumpstart your fitness, Alex is your guy. No matter where you’re starting at, this is the place to be. His gym is incredible and the workouts that you do make sense and are customized for your body type and fitness level as well as your goals. Unlike other training programs at chain gyms, where you’re just a number and there is no real structure, Alex takes it to a whole new level and provides you with that structure.
