If you are considering working with Dee, stop questioning yourself and sign up!! I know that’s easier said than done, especially because I was a skeptic at first. I didn’t know what the end result was going to be and if it was going to be “worth it”. Now, I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Dee. My personal goals were to tone up physically (increase strength), become more educated about food and nutrition, and to have more energy. I can say, without a doubt, that all of my goals were accomplished, and in a short period of time! I’ve been waking up earlier, have more sustained energy throughout the day, feel confident in my food choices, and look forward to lifting weights at the gym. What really stood out to me was Dee’s ability to coach. She didn’t just tell me what to do, but she explained WHY and how to make choices successfully. That sort of education is invaluable. Danielle was very professional, and she never pressured me. what I liked the most is she wanted me to make changes gradually that way it’s not a shock to my body and mind.
