I have worked out with Jason off and on for over 7 years. Jason is very knowledgeable with respect to his instruction on exercise technique. He also excels at working with clients and putting together personal training and/or class programs. He definitely knows his stuff and takes a sincere interest in understanding any specific needs you might have. For instance, he can help you if you have an injury you are trying to recuperate from, or you are targeting certain areas, or you are just plain trying to accomplish some specific goals. He is knowledgeable about nutrition as well and can help direct you in that area so your goals are met more quickly. Jason has an interest in continual learning so he is never stagnant in the workout routines he structures. I really don't know how he keeps so many exercises and techniques in his head at all times! And, best of all, he can actually do the exercises he is instructing you to do, in the proper form, so it makes it much easier to learn!

Jason understands your physical abilities and pushes you to your limits. In addition, he is versed in many different workouts and exercises, so they are both challenging and engaging.

I've worked out with Jason for a few years but took a break, I recently got back into it and contacted Jason. He is the best trainer I have worked with, he pushes and works you hard . His workouts are never dull or the same, he mixes it up. Jason is simply the best!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    20 years as a Strength & Conditioning coach both private and professional sports. 15 years of martial arts training I have completed all major mud races, an ironman, multiple adventure races and an ultra marathon.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    TRY before you BUY. I offer a trial session for every new client to ensure it is the right fit for both parties.
