Garrett is the best trainer and training plan creator I have had. For only $70 he has been putting together weekly plans for me which has helped me add 10 pounds of muscle over the last few months.

Garrett was incredible. We did a long-distance training program for several months and it was by far the most valuable thing I've paid for amongst gym memberships, trainers, etc. Garrett is thoughtful in designing workouts that fit each individual. He takes into account lifestyle, goals, background, injuries, and motivation and puts together something that works at start, pushes you as you get stronger, and leaves you in a better fundamental place. He texts you daily like a friend and it provides just enough accountability without feeling nagging. He could triple his prices and would still be an enormous value for what you pay. You are going to LOVE working with the man saved in my phone as "STRONG GARRETT"

Garrett does a great job of taking my feedback from the program and adjusting my lifts to better fullfil my needs. He brings a simple yet balanced approach to fitness that is easy to follow. You just need to put in the work. He also works with my partner who has had hesitations about lifting. I have seen Garrett work with her to make the gym and fitness very approachable.
