Introduction
Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and mobility specialist who believes that quality movement leads to better quality of life.
My interest in wellness began with a work-study job at Lehigh University’s Fitness Center. Beyond experiencing its positive impact on my own health and wellbeing, I realized how much I enjoyed sharing that passion with others. Following graduation I earned my CPT and pursued personal training alongside a corporate finance career until taking on wellness full-time in 2018, launching my own personal training and yoga instruction business. Along the way, I expanded my education to reflect an increased focus on mobility and alignment by becoming a yoga teacher and FRC mobility specialist.
Today, I combine my expertise in building not only strength but also healthy movement patterns to guide my clients to safely accomplish their goals. I typically work with clients in their homes, virtually, and outdoors but have gym and studio spaces available as well.

I first hired Holly to do a virtual yoga class for my clients over the pandemic. I was impressed by Holly's teaching and how much I enjoyed the class that I ended up hiring her as a personal trainer to work with me 1:1. Holly's approach is tailored to help you hit your goals, while also increasing your mobility which I really appreciated as some one that was looking to work on flexibility and strength. Not only have I been so happy with my results, I genuinely enjoy the hour I get with Holly every week. Her sunny disposition and positivity kept me motivated and focused. She even will check in on me in between appointments sharing exercises and routines I could be doing + healthy food recommendations to keep me nourished. Holly is truly the best. Could not recommend her enough!!

Holly is amazing. Admittedly I was reluctant to hire a personal trainer. I'd not exercised in years, had just moved into a new apartment complex with a gym, and I thought all I needed was a little push to get me through the door and show me around the equipment to get me started. What I came away with under Holly's highly-personalized and attentive coaching was a new appreciation and respect for my body, for what is possible, and the confidence and competence to overcome the "little things" that stand in my way.
What she brings along with her deep professional knowledge and expertise is an intuitive ability to work with anybody at any level - she is an exceptional listener and observer of what others need. She asks all the right questions to elicit the information she needs to make nuanced changes that will make exercises more productive and more motivating. It's almost like she's a mind reader, able to know what I'm experiencing and then tailor what she does to what I need. She's also flexible (literally or course, but figuratively too!) - she comes with a well-thought out plan, but will make changes in the moment based on my responses, and what will motivate.
It's hard to capture all that I've gained from working with Holly. She's given me a recipe for success, a better understanding of how to exercise in a safe and confident way, and she's instilled in me what I thought was impossible - the joy of exercise! On top of all that, she's fun, funny, positive and just the person you want beside you on a work out!

Love working with Holly! She’s a great professional trainer. She personalized the workouts to achieve my goals in weight loss and toning. She will help you fix your form and position when doing workouts so you can get the best out of the exercises. It’s a great time too just spending time with her! Five stars!

Holly has been fantastic to work with. She really takes the time to listen to your goals and help you achieve them. She's very responsive when you have questions and clear in her explanations of what muscles the exercises are targeting. I highly recommend her as a trainer who will help you achieve your aesthetic goals while still helping you build healthy movement habits.

Working with Holly has been an incredible experience! I had practiced yoga for a few years, but always had questions about my alignment and form, and lacked confidence overall. Working 1:1 with Holly has been transformative. She helped me refine my practice, and I made more progress with her in just a few short months than I had in many years taking classes prior. Holly is so knowledgable about not just yoga, but also incorporates mobility training into our sessions. I walk away from each session feeling strong, energized, and confident. She's also just a blast to spend an hour with each week, making it easy to stay motivated. I can't recommend her enough!
