I highly recommend Project Performance for their physical therapy and personal training services! My name is Tyler and I’ve been receiving personal training from Sierra for the past several months. Prior to starting I had little workout experience and found it hard to stay motivated to reach my fitness goals of consistency and injury avoidance. After training with Sierra I have become more motivated and confident in my ability to execute workouts correctly. Sierra has provided me focused feedback in real time concerning my form and has helped me mitigate any potential injury from weight training I was previously prone to. Sierra’s training style consisting of strength training and injury prevention deeply aligned with fitness goals and have given me the tools to push my limits pain free!

I highly recommend training with Sierra! She provides a sustainable approach when it comes to helping me build strength and lose weight. Her training style is different from all the “fad” trends that influencers post nowadays. She really gives you the raw truth of becoming healthier, and that’s going to be building muscle with pure resistance training. I’ve been getting stronger ever since working with her as she continues to push me through every session. I have had bad back pain since my 20’s, and she is well-experience in not bothering my back pain. In fact, she’s give me exercises to do at home to even help work on my back pain as well! I can see she is very passionate with helping others achieve the healthiest version of themselves! 10/10 recommended.

Sierra is just amazing. Not only does she ask you what your fitness goals are and cater the workouts accordingly. She’s a blast to be around. She kept me motivated in and out of the gym and made me fall in love with lifting. Was so sad to move away and lose her as a trainer.

Sierra is very knowledgeable and motivating! She knows many different ways to target different muscle, so you are never bored. She challenges you, but makes it fun. I learned a lot working with her.
