- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing listed is a general per 1:1 session rate -- but I have varying package types, and lots of different options based on what level of coaching/training is needed as well as what is accessible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have a consultation to talk through goals, expectations, and discuss a game plan. From there I create a customized program catered to the individual needs of the client -- taking into account not only their goals and needs but also their current lifestyle, schedule, preferences, etc. We spend that first week or two working out any kinks and ensuring we have a solid plan in place to move forward with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Stretch Practitioner. I've worked with clients in person in a gym setting, outdoor setting, in home setting, as well as virtual with 1:1 and group video sessions.
