I just moved to Denver and had tried a few trainers here but found my perfect work out home with Alex and Will. The gym environment is motivating and positive. The community of fellow gym goers is diverse and friendly. The workouts are challenging and custom made for every person. I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.Aug 29, 2016Verified
I came in with a lingering back ache. I am an athlete and heavily value my physical fitness. I had been suffering from a back pain that had been there for a few months. I had seen other trainers and chiropractors and nothing seemed to help... until I met Will and Alex. I think Will was more hellbent on figuring out what was causing it then I was (I had pretty much given up figuring out what was wrong) but they put me though several days of movement analysis and weird exercises, until he figured it out! My back pain is on its way out. I haven’t felt this good in almost a year. I’m so grateful to them! And they are helping to correct my form and thought process in all areas of health and fitness!Nov 5, 2018
Willpower Fitness is my favorite workout studio in Denver featuring the latest strength and cardio equipment including TRX bands, bosu balls, kettlebells, machines, stairmasters, and my favorite, the sled. They incorporate everything from traditional lifts (both body and light weight) to plyometrics to cross-fit exercises. One on one or group training, the workouts vary every day and you definitely feel a burn. Diet and nutrition planning is also available. The staff takes pride in what they do and make it a supportive environment. Will and Don have been in the fitness industry for 10+ years and are extremely experienced in their field. Also have a great vibe working together, are joksters, and make everyone laugh. They focus on each individual person and are in tune with their body. Stretching and proper form play a key role in everyone's program. Willpower Fitness is a brand new studio, clean, with plenty of showers, hot water, hairdryers, curling irons, hairspray, lotion, etc. The locker room is a relaxing environment to say the least. They also offer childcare with lots of toys! I highly suggest Willpower Fitness. I don't doubt it will become your gym and sanctuary as well.Nov 19, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First session is always FREE. Our sessions range from $40-$90 and we give discounts for frequency, packages and all military, police and fire fighters. We include diets and nutrition coaching with all programs. We are happy to accommodate payment plans if needed and custom programs available. Monthly Price Breakdown $220: 1x per week (4 sessions) $420: 2x per week (8 sessions) $600: 1 month unlimited sessions (capped at 16)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Schedule a FREE training session to try us out by messaging us on here, text or email. This includes a 1 hour training session and fitness assessment. At this time if we are a good fit we can decide which program we have works best for you, your lifestyle and schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All staff keeps up with their certifications and is constantly adding new certifications.
