- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are for a fine piano tuning as long as it does not need a pitch raise. Any additional work is always thoroughly explained and quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a Bachelor of Music degree from Indiana University, a Master of Church Music-Choral Conducting degree from Concordia University Wisconsin, and trained with the Randy Potter School of Piano Technology.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began tuning pianos in the high country of Colorado. I enjoy working for myself and meeting a wide range of piano owners. I originally began tuning to supplement my piano teaching and church music career. Today, I focus primarily on piano tuning.
