- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s a $625 fee to onboard the property, a rolling 10% monthly management fee, and any additional expenses for maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an initial consultation and just get a feeling for the owner’s vision to discuss bringing that to life and we can make sure we would be a good fit. Then I do a visit to the home and if we think it’s a good fit for each of us, I provide a Competitor Market Analysis and a Management Contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years in Real Estate, 4 in Property Management. I also have a BA in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management.
