My experience with the team at Paragon Pro Construction was phenomenal. We had them do a remodel of our basement area and throughout the entire process they were upfront and honest. They said they were going to act as consultants and not salespeople and they did. Even when an unexpected change came up that was due to code requirements they explained my options and they were at a fair price too. If you have a remodeling project, I would highly recommend using Paragon!

I recently decided to renovate my kitchen to bring it from a 1970s look into a design that looks like it belongs in the 2020s. We had Paragon Pro Construction replace some of our windows in our home and finish our basement. They did an amazing job on both projects. The windows took about a month to arrive which is what we were told and then a day to install. The installers were very thorough. The basement took about 8 weeks from start to finish. The permits slowed us down, but all of this was communicated during the whole process. Would highly recommend!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Paragon, our estimates are detailed and easy to understand. We do not offer a "fake" price only to discount it to the "real" price. There are no gimmicks with our estimates and they are all inclusive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is an insurance claim, you should contact Paragon first before filing a claim. We will meet with you and inspect your roof and the entire home to see if there is enough damage to warrant filing claim.
If there is enough damage for a claim, we will then meet with your adjuster to determine the scope of the project and damages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of members who have decades of experience in the residential construction industry.
