John H. says, "I had an incredible experience with AJ. I hired AJ to patch a hole in an interior door for me. Due to the nature of the work requested, he needed to stop by twice. He was on time and communicative both times as well as being very close to his estimated time to complete the project. He was on time and courteous as well as being more than willing to allow me to watch him work and even teach me a thing or two while he did it. He brought all of his own tools and knew exactly what he needed to do when he arrived. He kept the work area clean and went above and beyond what I had initially asked for, including helping me re-hang the door and giving me some seriously helpful pointers for painting it. (I only hired him for the patch, not the painting so this was incredibly helpful and kind) He did not leave or ask for payment until I was 100% happy with the work completed. I would highly recommend AJ to anyone. Especially those who may not be especially knowledgable about what they're working on. I felt like I had not only hired a professional, but a guide towards a successful project. Again, don't judge the paint job as that was me. AJ made the entire hole disappear and is truly a master of his many crafts. Thank you, AJ!"See more

Instead, my TV fell completely off the wall because the installer used basic plastic wall anchors directly into the drywall. Any professional should know that you must secure a heavy TV mount into the wall studs or use proper heavy-duty toggle bolts. Because of their incompetence, my TV is now damaged, and its left with multiple holes in my wall that need repair. I reached out to them regarding this issue. They’re so professional follow-up and resolution. They took the matter very seriously and handled my case through their Quality Control team. We have since reached a professional agreement for a full refund and compensation for the damages. I appreciate the company taking full responsibility and working quickly to resolve the situation to my satisfaction.
