Versell is a highly experienced and devoted trainer. He adapts his style to the goals of his clients but with an emphasis on strength training and athletic conditioning. I was personally surprised at how much I was able to do beyond my comfort zone- and all because Versell is able to successfully motivate me to push beyond my fears and reservations. He focuses on form, incremental improvement, and supporting his clients in all aspects of their health goals (including nutrition advice outside of our sessions). Not to mention his sense of humor and positive outlook on life makes you WANT to come back and work out with him day in and day out. HIGHLY recommend!
Justin has been my trainer for about 7 months now. I have seen amazing results gaining strength and muscle and feeling like I am in much better shape than when I started. He makes the workouts enjoyable and makes each one different and always challenging. He listens to your goals and what you like and dislike and caters his workouts towards that. If you want he provides workout routines to do on your own as well which is helpful! He also helps with nutrition checking in with what you are eating and providing really helpful tips and suggestions of what to eat. For example I recently discovered I am lactose intolerant and he had suggestions for what protein powder I should eat that is lactose free and what salad dressing I should eat as well. He is very knowledgeable and is passionate about what he does, which shows in his work!
My husband and I started training with Mike in January with the ultimate goal of getting in shape and toning for our wedding in July. On our wedding day, I was the most confident I have been with my body in for as long as I can remember. Mike's workouts are great. He really listens to your goals and develops customized plans to help you get there. For me it was all about the arms for the wedding dress and I was very happy with how my arms looked on the big day. Prior to Mike, I had been bottoming out on too much cardio and not enough strength training. I was working out 4-7 times a week and wasn't getting the results I felt I deserved based on the amount of time I was putting in. Mike changed that and I finally got the definition I had been looking for. We started having Mike cook for us in May when we started to get busier with wedding tasks & were traveling every two weeks. Mike's meals were delicious and I'm so glad that I got to learn from his healthy cooking example. He is a registered dietician in addition to his personal training license, it doesn't get much better than that people! Additionally, we love Mike because he is a real person! We have met trainers at big gyms that don't understand a life outside of the gym. Mike gets it. He knows you aren't going to eat perfect on vacation and gives you tips on how not to overindulge or healthy alternatives. He helps you work through these challenges as opposed to making you feel like a failure when you make bad choices. Last thing about Mike. He is just a really good guy. He is about as honest and genuine as they come. He puts his whole heart into it and he truly cares about his clients. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is in search of a personal trainer!
This was my first time getting a personal trainer and I must say I was satisfied with who I hired. I learned a lot form Jerome. I liked that he was knowledgeable about the exercises he instructed with me. Any questions I had about anything about my sessions, certain exercise or anything else, he responded with elaborated detail and was clear for me to understand. I enjoyed every session I had with him. It was fun and exciting. I was always excited to wake up sore the next day and I would tell him about it. Waking up sore means progress and that I had an effective workout. I hired Jerome for 90 days, 2 days a week and got close to my workout goals than if I would of done it alone. If I would of kept on, I would of got to my goals. With the amount of time and days spent with Jerome training me, I'm just glad that he at least helped me get halfway where I wanted to be. I took home a lot of exercises that I learned from him and incorporate them into my workouts. I now have more knowledge of weight training, how to effectivly workout my abs, how to and when to stretch the right way, and learned about high intensity cardio. Overall, I got my money worth, I got results, got educated, and most of all had fun. I would highly recommend Jerome. I plan on hiring him again for a another round!
After losing close to 150 lbs. over 18 months with Weight Watchers, I started training with Dana at the beginning of October 2015. I had lost the weight but had done no strength training prior to that point. Dana asked the right questions and immediately got me working on strengthening my core and building muscle mass that I had never really had before. With the massive weight loss, I had to relearn movement, balance and more. Dana has tailored my training plan to accomplish this successfully. She educated me on proper nutrition with specific instructions on protein and carbohydrate intake in conjunction with Weight Watchers. The difference I have seen since that time has been fantastic. Working with Dana Ive seen my body weight continue to drop while my lean muscle mass has increased. Im seeing the toning and definition that I hoped for. My massage therapist has commented on the difference shes seen in my muscle tone and the strengthening of various muscle groups due to the workout program Dana laid out for me. I know this difference is because of the guidance and encouragement from Dana over this time. Im also a runner, having completed two Half Marathons since December 2015. With the core and endurance training Dana has put me through, Ive cut over 3 minutes per mile off of my running pace in the last 3 months. Her style is direct and honest, which I appreciate. She doesnt pull her punches and doesnt sugar coat things. That makes a world of difference when your focus is actually seeing noticeable results. At the same time, shes been extremely supportive and encouraging since day 1. I know that the progress Ive made physically and in my self-confidence are directly related to the instruction, guidance and support Dana has given me. If you want results from a trainer that knows how to achieve definable and measureable goals, you need to work with Dana and give her 100% of your effort. You will see results. You will feel better and stronger. I'm happy to provide this review based on all the changes I've seen working with Dana.
I had a great experience with Chad and his team. I was recovering from a serious accident, and Chad was able to help me with form, strength and conditioning and balance. He got me back on my feet again and on my way back to an active lifestyle. He gave me several options to try and many tips, which made it a perfect customized plan for my recovery.
I have been training with Mark for over a year. After I achieved my weight loss goals, I continued training with him to maintain fitness. Mark gives good advice about nutrition and leads you through a challenging workout, always keeping a close eye on form to prevent injury. He has a good sense of humor which makes working out with him fun. Highly recommended.

Tine is honestly the best trainer I have ever met and worked with. I worked with Tine for almost 3-4 months now. She was able to work with me on my individual dietary restrictions (I have IBS and acid reflux) and needs as well as to formulate a workout plan that fit my individual needs, schedule, and my limitations while still challenging me. She is very understanding and reliable. She always shows up on time and is very flexible with working with my schedule. Really loved working with her and I was able to get motivated enough to be healthier! The workouts she gave me were challenging, helpful, and variable so it's always learning something new! She also kept my Asthma in mind and made sure to consistently check up on me and catered the work out so that I would be able to control my asthma better. I am so fortunate she was able to help me out with controlling my asthma and trying to increase my lung capacity in workouts. Her customizable workouts and homework helped me stay fit even when I wasn't in the gym training with her. She's a bright and happy person and is very motivating and inspirational. My sister and I absolutely loved her! If you need a great trainer, look no further!
Joshua is fantastic! He really takes the time to assess you, your needs, strengths and weakness to formulate a plan to get you where you want to be. He challenges you in a comfortable environment and gives you homework to do on off days. I would highly recommend Joshua for all of your personal training needs!
I thank you for the year long opportunity I had to train with you at the gym and for inspiring my husband to eventually join us. It has become our morning ritual that we can do together. Too bad you moved to Denver and left me behind. You provided to me realistic goal setting, reality check when going a stray and encouragement when meeting my goals. You have a great sense of humor and then excel in your knowledge and passion for training others. I not only improved in my BMI numbers but measurements and increasing my strength and flexibility. It's not easy as we get older to have those all in sinc and feeling good about the clothes fit. The amazing think is that I have been able to keep off and maintain those results for 3 years now, not everyone has that success. You have given me confidence in the to gym to mix up my routine and look forward to the variety of cardio and importance of weights. Donny is a great Trainer. He is friendly, knowledable, and motivating to work with. He has a good mix or cardio, strength, & yoga to each workout. I like that he will come to your home and train you with what you have and provide a good workout.
I started looking for a trainer early last summer. Karisa was very prompt in contacting me and we discussed her training program and my needs. I'm on a different road than most people as I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and pre-diabetes in late 2015. The cancer meds are taking it's toll on my bone density and when I discovered I am pre-diabetic I knew I had to change my nutrition plan. I did not know much about nutrition so changing my diet caused rapid and extreme weight and muscle loss. I knew I was headed for a lot of trouble and I needed professional help. This is when I started my search for a trainer and I am so thankful I found Karisa! She is very knowledgeable in nutrition/diet, working out and strength training. Karisa has a lot of expertise, is professional, upbeat, challenging, motivating and has a true passion for what she does. She is so positive and inspiring. Proper form for best results is very important to her. Her workouts are challenging and she is so encouraging. After each session, Karisa would provide me with a workout plan for the week which was so helpful! I started seeing results after the first few sessions with Karisa. I'm stronger, I feel healthier and have more energy and stamina. It's amazing how toned my muscles are. I don't think I have ever been in such great shape as I am now. I was hesitant to work with a personal trainer because I am an athlete by background, and I thought I knew enough about my body to train myself (or just participate in group fitness classes). I've been learning Pilates from Tara for a year now, and without compare she is the best wellness coach I've ever had. As a 55 year-old woman working hard to increase, improve and maintain my health Tara has been a partner who is endlessly competent at employing her experience and intuition with skill and ability to identify and address gaps like muscle weakness with massage and training to immediately relieve pain and suffering while building capability. It's not a miracle, but rather the steady commitment to showing up and seeing the improvement. Pilates is a tool, Tara is the conductor.
A kind person and expert trainer, Malcolm is truly wonderful to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and able to adapt exercises to build strength quickly without pushing me beyond my limits. I was hesitant about strength training due to a chronic health condition, but was quickly reassured by his customized approach in our first session. So happy I took the leap with Malcolm!
I have trained with Richard for 9 years. He customizes each workout to fit your goals and ability and pushes you each time to reach your maximum potential. After a few weeks of two 30-minute sessions I see results. People always comment on my good looking arms--I've got definition! Each session I do combines boxing and strength training, both of which have improved muscles definition, core power strength and helped me lose inches. Richard makes each workout tough but you it goes by fast because each one is different and challenging. I particularly enjoy the boxing because it's a fun way to relieve stress (yoga can only do so much), and it makes you feel tough and in charge! Plus, I feel safer knowing I can land a tough left hook.
Derek is awesome to work with! At my initial session, we discussed short and long term goals that I wanted to work on to improve my overall health. With these goals in mind, he created a personalized program for me so that I could continue my training during the rest of the week. Through my training sessions with Derek, I have noticed that my posture, flexibility, endurance and strength have all improved significantly. He has been a great support system in achieving my fitness / health goals. I would highly recommend GQ Fitness!
I got together with Brad to Train for baseball and get in better shape @ 6'3" and 241lbs I had not trained in years. My strength and speed have improved dramatically and I've lost 30lbs. Our workouts are varied and specific to my needs. If you are looking to get seriously in shape Brad is your man if your willing to do the work.
Hash is absolutely amazing! He allows you to communicate with him what you want from your workout and lifestyle. I'm overseas and having Hash communicate a decent strength workout makes me love going to the gym. He also helped with proper form for core ab workouts.
I have been training with Christine for over two years now in her TRX and bootcamp-style classes. Her high-energy personality and workouts which blend strength and cardio have kept me motivated and having fun.
