Nancy Anderson says, "I called Tuscan when my furnace kept switching off and on. Landon McGill came out the next day. He showed up exactly when his text said he would, checked out the furnace and showed me exactly where the problem was. No pressure, but since the furnace was 23+ years old, I asked Landon to give me an estimate for replacing furnace and AC. Landon gave me 3 reasonable estimates (low, middle, and high ranges) and again no pressure. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and answered all my questions. Joe and Bruno arrived the next morning, as promised, right on schedule, as per their texts, to install my new furnace and AC, and I had heat by the end of the day. Both Bruno and Joe were knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, very hard workers, and neat throughout the install, including leaving the furnace room spotless. They showed great teamwork as they efficiently worked to complete the install. Landon, Joe, and Bruno are awesome technicians, who are committed to doing excellent work and providing great Customer Service. . I highly recommend Tuscan Electric Heating and Plumbing. They deserve 10 stars at least.This 2nd part of the review is for Tuscan's electricians.Another amazing job by Tuscan Electric Heating Plumbing. Jake and Greg came out to do some electrical work for my new AC unit. They were very personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and completed the AC electrical work in a timely manner. Once completed, I asked Jake to take a look at my electrical box (which was outdated) and requested an estimate for replacing the box. Jake completed the estimate (reasonable quote and no pressure) so I called the office to schedule the work. As promised, Jake and Greg arrived several days later to upgrade the electrical box. They arrived exactly when they said they would per their texts and were a pleasure to have working here. They answered all my questions before starting the install, advised me when the power would be going off, and were obviously experts in upgrading electrical boxes. Once the update was completed, Jake and Greg worked together as a team, moving throughout each room to ensure the outlets tested good. Jake and Greg are definitely experienced electricians who take pride in doing excellent work and were dedicated to providing exceptional Customer Service.
