William helped me out on short notice when I was in a bind. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote sight unseen. He offered to pick up, meet or have me drop off my computer to him, which ever was more convenient for me. He diagnosed the problem in a timely matter and then offered to "shop around" for replacement parts when my computer was deemed dead. At this point he could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead he suggested I buy a new computer, which I did. He then reinstalled all the retrieved hard data into the new computer. Very professional and was clear about what he could and couldn't do. Didn't waste time trying to take on things that were outside of his capability but fortunately was able to fix the issues I was dealing with. Specifically, I was having issues running a work application on my home PC and he recommended and completed hardware upgrades that resolved that issue at a cost lower than other options and that should last for several years. Installed new SSD, RAM and Windows10 in my 5 year old PC and installed and set up my work application including company VPN. In the end, well worth the money.
