- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 minutes - free Design Consultation Service - 2 hours $189 - $289 depending on type of samples (This money is subtracted from any order made with A Creative Touch) The products you buy have prices based on retail market value of items sold and includes, design, fabrication, materials, shipping & handling, delivery & installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone interview with exchange of information to include project budget, scope of project, time frame needed as well as detailed information about style, colors, etc. Sometimes texting of photos or emails of images are exchanged. If we decide to move forward, a consultation appointment is scheduled and the design process begins based on information gathered during telephone and emails. Samples are brought to the client's location and if the client decides to purchase what is offered, a contract is signed with a description of the services to be provided, list of products, and the due date. Half of the purchase price is required as a good faith down payment. 2-4 weeks later, the items are delivered and installed. Final payment is due upon delivery. Follow up is a couple of weeks later to ensure no adjustments are needed.
