- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your very first session with me is free - I want you to experience how our work feels before making any commitment. After that, I offer single-session rates as well as discounted packages if you’re ready to dive deeper. No hidden fees, no fine print—just straightforward pricing for personalized movement magic.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to get to know you: your goals, your challenges, and even the little quirks about your body that only you notice. From there, I’ll design a session (or series of sessions) that balances strength, mobility, and playfulness. Every session evolves as you do, so you’re never stuck in a “one-size-fits-all” routine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified yoga instructor and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, blending the best of mindful movement and science-backed strength training. I’m also currently studying to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist, which helps me tailor sessions for people working through aches, injuries, or movement imbalances. My teaching style mixes anatomy know-how with a bit of magic because bodies are practical and mysterious.
