I called this company because they were registered with the BBB and had a good rating. They asked me to choose a time, and I chose noon to 2:00. I received a text with a picture of the technician coming out which I appreciated since I'm female and was home alone. My tech called to let me know how far out he was and arrived on time. He looked at the air-conditioner and told me it just needed cleaning. He didn't try to sell me a new unit, or any kind of service I didn't need. I had him go ahead and clean the air-conditioner and the furnace and have been very happy with the results. I will call them again if and when I need any service done on my air-conditioner and furnace in the future.

We heard from this company within 24 hours of posting our request on Thumbtack, and they arrived the next morning to compete the work. The technician was excellent, diagnosing the issue and solving it very quickly.
It was a great experience, and while we hope we do not need their services again for a while we know who we will call when we do.

He was quick, explained things, and then left after he told us what the problem was and that all we needed to do was get this one part. He didn't have it with him, so he said it would save us time and money to do it ourselves.
He then left only charging us the $29 diagnostic fee.
We will be using them again and referring people as well.

We hire and employ only the most qualified and experienced technicians to serve our customers. Each job candidate is required to pass a background check and drug test to qualify for employment. Customers can rest assured knowing that each technician has been trained in accordance with Colorado state requirements and is qualified to service the latest models of HVAC systems.
