I used Luminous for a light installation in an older home. The first tech to come out was punctual and very nice, but did what I considered at the time to be substandard job and didn't really explain anything to me before leaving. However, when I communicated with their Service Manager, Justin, about my dissatisfaction with the project, he clearly wanted to resolve the issue and sent out a different tech to take a look the very next day and see what was going on. The new tech, Matt, was fantastic and looked at what was going on with the install, explained everything thoroughly to me about it, and talked through the various options we had for fixing it. It turned out that there wasn't really a way to install it any other way given the existing housing but we figured out a workaround that I can take care of when I have the time. Justin was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond to do his best to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work Luminous did.

We are an all in one pricing and offer discounts for seniors and military.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All electricians are members of the IBEW who does continues training with most of them coming through the IBEW apprenticeship which is roughly 3-5 years of training before coming a journeyman electrician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The two owners are IBEW electricians who spun off to run their own shop. They have years of experience on their own and it’s only grown with the amazing team they have around them.
