I am very satisfied with my representative, Brenda Tafoya. She is very knowledgeable and professional. It was a great experience during measuring and selection. She was wonderful in helping pick out the carpet. She also left color samples to consider further before making our final decision. The installer was courteous and cleaned and vacuumed up before leaving. I would consider this business for further projects. In fact, I have a sliding glass door installation scheduled.

We have worked with other contractors in the past only to be disappointed with poor quality and additional expenses. So when we were referred to NCR we were a bit apprehensive. NCR exceeded our expectations and provided quality work and material. The remodeled part of our home looks like a new build! We have plans to extend out our home next year and will be working with the best of the best, NCR (New Creation Remodeling).
