I have been a trainer since 1992, and have serviced over 40,000 one-on-one personal training hours. I have worked with all ages and athletic abilities. Through my own athletic training, I believe that I can connect with my clients on a variety of levels. My training techniques are different for each client, but one thing remains the same: I am dedicated to the success of each individual's goals. I believe that every client can reach their goals when they remain focused and committed. I know that through proper training, discipline, and dedication, anything is possible! As a weight-loss and metabolic specialist, I know the importance of knowing and applying every individual's metabolic rate. I use their metabolic rates to design a program to improve their personal performances in either weight loss or athletic performance. I am the former strength coach for the Metro State volleyball team. In conjunction, I have also trained a variety of other athletes in varying disciplines. Some of my clients have been former Miss Colorado Janie Allen and former Miss Hawaiian Tropic Sophia Shalmoni.
