Look no further... Ire is absolutely fantastic! I hired Ire to cook for my family of four plus two guests. The concept was set around serving smaller but multiple courses that were healthy, light, and creative but complex enough for the palette. We had 7 or 8 courses and each was right on the mark.... all delicious and unique! In preparation, Ire and I had planned the menu and the night. She was equally creative in working with tastes, dietary restrictions, and overall concept. Communication and prep was as impeccable as her cooking... all spot on! We had a dinner party for four people who are world travelers and amazing cooks! No way was I going to cook for them! So we hired Ire and she made the entire night incredible! She brought the freshest ingredients and cooked everything, served it, and cleaned up! She is very sweet, fun, and extremely professional. The food was absolutely to die for and she left a lasting impression on everyone. I can't stress enough how wonderful she is! Can't wait to do this again!
