My clients receive professionally designed training programs and nutrition coaching to meet their individual needs. “One size fits all” or “cookie cutter programs” do not exist here for the simple fact that they don’t get results long term. I've only recently started training with Kaytee but so far working with her is a joy. I tried two personal trainers before her. The first had little interest in me and put in minimal effort. The second didn't listen to my needs at all (tried to get me down to 14% body fat when I really wanted to be building muscle, not losing fat) and made me do a lot of things I wasnt comfortable doing. The moment I met Kaytee she asked me about my goals and changed her training routine to fit me personally. I feel that she personalizes her approach for all of her clients, and that takes dedication. She is also very good at her job. She has extensive knowledge about the science of building muscles, losing fat, etc. But she also knows how to switch up the workouts to make them fun while still being super effective. She will push you, but in the best way, because she has your health and goals in mind. She is also a really sweet lady and will take interest in you personally and make you feel welcome. You should absolutely hire her.

I have only had one Training session with her so far. However, I cannot stress enough that you need her to be your trainer. She has a great sense of humor and a positivity that is infectious. She totally kicked my behind today in the best way. She knows exactly what she’s doing and how to properly communicate criticism if your form is incorrect. It’s clear to me that she trains from the heart and this is what she wants to do with her life. She’s your best friend and trainer all in one. You will not regret spending your time with her!!!

I worked with Kaytee to get back into a routine where fitness wasn't an obligation but something I enjoyed again. I struggle with bad anxiety, and as a former bodybuilder have a history of disordered eating and obsessiveness over the gym. Because of my background in fitness, I was comfortable working with an online trainer (I knew the form, etc.) but I was really struggling with the mental place I wanted to be in. Kaytee was incredible and really understands how much of our physical fitness is connected to our mental and emotional health. She started me off with "workouts" that didn't feel like a chore but instead got me moving in enjoyable ways. She also had me track a normal week of eating so that we could comprise a workable meal plan for my goals. Every step of the way, Kaytee was a text message away for clarification, support, encouragement, and helpful suggestions. She really sets you up for success and sticks with you to see it through. If you're looking to change your body AND your mind for the better, Kaytee is the coach you need. I have not only come a long way in my overall body confidence, but I've found myself craving fitness again and know that sticking with her plans are going to continue to reap amazing benefits on my body and mental health.

KayTee was always very flexible and understanding with my schedule. She made each session tailored to my specific goals. Not only did she keep me on track inside the gym but consistent with my diet outside the gym too. I definitely recommend training with KayTee!
