Michael is an awesome trainer! He made sure to structure the workouts to my personal goals and was always considerate of my thoughts and feelings. He is extremely knowledgable and I have seriously learned SO much from him such as maintaining correct form to maximize the effects of the workouts and to help protect my body! I have a pretty hectic schedule, but Michael is very accommodating and accessible so it was never a problem to get workout sessions in or to get questions answered even outside of our sessions. I'm now into my weekly routine (twice a week) with Michael. I've put this personal trainer thing off for a long time. As an older adult, I did not want to get started with a trainer who would not listen to my goals or put together a plan that would take me - step by step - where I want to go. Michael is the best mix of listening, adapting and pushing me with a positive but realistic interaction. He has kept me involved in understanding not only what I need to do but why he is directing me in this area. Even when I stumble through a set of exercises he patiently corrects me. I’ve been working with Mike at ATO fitness for about a month and a half and it’s been fantastic! His training approach and workouts are so specific to what I need which makes it feel very personalized to my goals. I feel like I’ve made so much progress in such a small amount of time and have so much more confidence when working out on my own. I understand the importance of both Time and Money. However I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. During our free consultation we will design a program specifically for your physical needs and scheduling. Then together we will determine which options will work best to maximize results, longevity, and of course your budget. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first session are free of charge and the first 30 days will be at a discounted session rate for all new clients. The first session will revolve around completing all of the beginning assessments as well as leading you through an example session of what your individual program will look like based on the personal goals you have. Based on your goals and current physical fitness level, we will create the perfect program that will work with your schedule and maximize results and project a realistic time frame in which you can expect to reach your initial goal.
