I have worked with Richard for 15 years. Richard takes the time to get to know his clients, understand their objectives and designs a training to achieve their goals. He is professional, focused on the client and always on time. If you are truly committed to making a change in your fitness, Richard is the trainer to get you there.

I have been working out with Richard for 4 years. He is the best trainer I have ever had. Not for the faint of heart, but very rewarding. You will never regret your time spent with him .

While training there was always information provided on how to improve, what to consider and what opportunities i could take to get better. It was more than a partnership, it was genuine care in making sure you achieve your goal.

The BEST IS THE BEST! No time is wasted. You will train every minute of your session and 30 minutes is surprisingly enough with consistency. No gimmicks, no quick fix, no free pass. You put in the work with Richard's guidance and expertise and evolve your body to meet your fitness goals. Richard is also well versed in food and supplement benefits and choices. Never found a better trainer.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Don't go into this bargain hunting. You'll get what you pay for. Ask yourself "Shouldn't the best investment and money spent be on my health and wellness?" And what actual frivolous or impulse buys have I made in the past that I could have devoted towards my wellbeing?

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically do a complimentaty consult to see what the clients needs and concerns are. After this the process evolves into whether we are a good match for the task at hand.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a "Master Level Trainer" a few times over, meaning I have well over 10,000 hrs of one on one training logged in. The certifications and media coverage on my training are too numerous to answer here.
