I do not usually write reviews but I feel I need to write one for Erin Mehojah. Erin went above and beyond what I expected a real estate agent to do. She advised me in staging my home and was able to sell it in one day with multiple offers. Erin was such a pleasure to work and was responsive, professional, and passionate about her work. In January if this year, my husband and I said we would take a look at houses just to see if we could purchase one but it would be a miracle if something came up. Erin made our dreams a reality, and now we are in our first home! Her dedication to go above and beyond was incredible every step of the way. Erin, helped me in selling my house in Thornton Colorado one year ago,then she went out of way so many times to come to Longmont Colorado to help me find a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood, if I ever decide to buy or sell again,I would definitely use her again,I not only found a great realtor ,but I made a friend for life!! Erin was amazing to work with. She found a buyer for our home. Even more impressive was the time and effort she took to show my husband and I homes, write up 4 contracts that we were out bid on and still took us out for more home shopping wrote a 5th contract for the home we are currently living in. She stayed up beat and kept us going through a very difficult housing market. My husband and I have only the utmost respect for Erins professionalism and highly recommend her. We of course will use her in the future should we decide to move or purchase another property.
