I do not usually write reviews but I feel I need to write one for Erin Mehojah. Erin went above and beyond what I expected a real estate agent to do. She advised me in staging my home and was able to sell it in one day with multiple offers. Erin was such a pleasure to work and was responsive, professional, and passionate about her work. We also hired Erin to purchase our new build and she accompanied me to meetings with the builder and I felt very well represented as she guided me through the building process. Last November 2021 I'd contacted Erin at Exit Realty for an advice on selling my house, so did it. we agreed to wait till January 2022 to sell, we set the listing about the first week of January. my house was sold in two weeks by the end of the month for more than what I was asking, So fast and clear deal and very professional

Erin, helped me in selling my house in Thornton Colorado one year ago,then she went out of way so many times to come to Longmont Colorado to help me find a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood, if I ever decide to buy or sell again,I would definitely use her again,I not only found a great realtor ,but I made a friend for life!! In January if this year, my husband and I said we would take a look at houses just to see if we could purchase one but it would be a miracle if something came up. Erin made our dreams a reality, and now we are in our first home! Her dedication to go above and beyond was incredible every step of the way. There were several times where we thought, How does she do all of this she must have other clients too! And every time, she cheerfully said she loves her job. Im so happy that we found her by chance.
