- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be very fair in our pricing, we are not the cheapest or the lowest. We have and carry full Liability and Workmens Comp Insurance. We have trained and certified all of our Craftsmen and Project Managers in order to have the very highest Certification as a Master Elite Contractor with GAF the largest and oldest Shingle Manufactuer in North America. This Master Elite Certification allows us to offer you the very Highest Warranty to you for peace of mind. Our goal is to make you our 1st Priority!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At 1st Priority, we treat your roofing project like its our own. From the moment you reach out, we take the stress off your plate by acting as your dedicated project manager, guiding you through every step. You will be able to contact your Project Manager even after hours if you have any questions. We are here to make your project our 1st Priority!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Project Managers have been trained through HAAG Engineering as Roof Inspectors and for Wind, Hail and Water Intrusion. Our Craftsmen and Project Managers have also been trained and Certified through the manufacturer GAF as a Master Elite Contractor which is only offered to approximately 2% of all Roofing Contractors. This Master Elite Certification allows the very highest of warranties and craftmanship for our customers. You are our 1st Priority!
