Christian Fernandez and his team did an outstanding job replacing my roof. I got three quotes and they were not only the most reasonable but also used the best quality roofing materials. The job was done quickly, professionally and thoughtfully. They cleaned up after the work was complete and called to make sure I was satisfied. That is another reason I went with Excel Roofing was that I did not pay a dime till the job was complete and I was satisfied.

I worked with Excel Roofing on replacing both my asphalt roof, flat roof, and siding. The thing that set them above the rest, after getting a handful of quotes from other companies, was the fact that they took the time out of their day to meet with me AND they had a knowledgeable project manager on-site to work with the crews as they came in to tackle their respective projects.At any point of the day, I could reach out to Nick to get updates, confirm timing, or to coordinate with the on-site crews. This meant there was no delay when something may have needed to be addressed or changed; he was extremely responsive and all communication was professional and courteous. After working on various projects with lackluster PMs throughout the years, finding a PM that approached my comments and concerns with respect was very welcomed.In addition, the team spent the time to pickup throughout the day, and also avoided stepping on plants and other immovable objects around the property which I appreciated.Overall, this was a seamless experience from the bidding, to the permitting, to the execution, through to the inspections, and I would highly recommend working with them for any of your needs!
