We have been installing tile for over 18 years in a commercial setting. We have recently collaborated with The Tile Shop, Floor and Decor, and Lowes as Pros of their products; this has open the door for us on residential projects. WOW….the real deal! This is who you’re looking for…no games, no surprises, just honest, affordable work! Jorge responded to my quote request the same day. He sent all documentation prior to the job and was extremely professional from the beginning to the end. The installers arrived on time, were polite and GET THIS…worked with us on the job to come up with a creative way to do custom edging using selected pieces of our tile. They protected our home and cleaned up all trash. Not one complaint. It is very difficult to find this type of value these days, having done so many home contractor projects. I WILL be recommending this company to friends and family; if not using them again myself.

So happy that we decided to go with Meza Tile and Stone! Everything from my first conversation with Jorge through the project finish we were so impressed and pleased. They made sure to protect our floors and countertops, cleaned up every bit of mess, and were meticulous while placing our tiles! We will absolutely be using them in the future and recommending them to all our friends and family!

I’m telling you this is the tile company for your project!! I’m extremely particular and they came through with incredible craftsmanship. The tile in the corner blows my mind how it looks like there is no break and runs through to the other wall. Talked to Jorge on Monday and tile was done and installed Thursday. The tile gentleman were fantastic, Respectful and timely, I called 5 other ‘pros’ and they were way over priced. I’m super happy I found Meza Tile and Stone! Will use them for all tile projects going forward.

Ultimately, I do believe this company deserves 5 stars for the work they did, everything came out beautiful in the end. Pros: 1. They know what they are doing. They did a beautiful herringbone pattern and listened to how I wanted it laid out 2. They listened when I complained about things, like some tiles being scratched in the laying process and some grout lines not being full enough and came back multiple times to fix everything. 3. After they were done and I had paid them, the plumber I had, from a separate company, stepped on a razor blade and gouged the floor. Ernesto came back and buffed out the floor for no charge, and it looks like new. This is probably one of the things I appreciated most and would lead me to recommend them to others, a lot of time once contractors are paid they are never to be heard from again, and Ernesto replied immediately when I texted him in a panic. 4. They offer a warranty on their labor 5. They installed my new toilet for me free of charge, which was very nice. 6. Lorena helped me choose a grout color and talked though options with me. Cons: I would say no major cons, just a couple little things 1. Communication throughout the process was not the best, I had to be proactive in reaching out to Ernesto, the owner, and Jorge. Once I reach out out though I always received communication back 2. I felt like there was not a lot of quality control, I had to check the floor myself and point out issues I had (I will Preface this by saying I am EXTREMELY picky), but they did come back multiple times to fix the issues and make sure I was happy. 3. I had to lay down my own protection in adjacent floors. Just a note to people to do, because this saved my adjacent wood floors from any potential damage. 4. I was promised we would go through all the tiles together and could separate ones I liked from ones I didn't. This didn't happen, but I went though the tiles myself and pulled out ones I didn't like, and they kept track of the piles while working, only placing those under where cabinets would go in the kitchen. Overall, I am happy with the outcome and I do feel that Ernesto, Lorena, and Jorge and the people that work with them deserve 5 stars. They worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the outcome, and were very responsive when I texted them about anything. I don't have the best pictures, I will update this review with better ones after all work is completed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing differs from Large Format Tile to Natural Stone to Designers lays i.e., Herringbone/Versailles and to Exteriors. We do work with our customers budgets and do offer our Pro discounts to our personal clients as well. No project is too small or too big.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for rough square footages, pictures, and timeline. We then schedule a quick walk-thru and send a bid within the business week. We like to be punctual and gain trust through our actions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Wedi Certified Installers (installed by us warranties a lifetime warranty) and approved installers of Floor and Decor, The Tile Shop, and Lowes Home Improvement.
