We worked with Sheldon as the Customer Service Rep. for M&C Concrete. We were a little confused initially because we used Thumbtack to find a Concrete contractor, so when we saw that Sheldon does tree removal we weren't sure why he came up as an option for concrete. We did end up contacting him along with about 6 other contractors to get quotes on pouring a patio. He showed up on schedule with Gregorio from M&C Concrete and took some measurements. They had us an estimate the next day. We were very happy with the quote from M&C concrete and with their knowledge and experience. Sheldon was the middle man between us and M&C concrete, which he handled very professionally. The concrete has been finished for about week now and so far so good!

We had a stamped and colored concrete in stalled for a small patio in the back yard. Kathryn communicated thoroughly with us the timing and her team was able to complete everything in one day when they had thought it could take two. The men who installed everything were great and worked efficiently. They also noticed that part of our driveway didn't have control joints so our concrete was cracking, and for a small additional fee they were able to make cuts at the same time they had to cut our patio. The end product looks great, except the seal applied is thicker in some areas than others. Kathryn took a look and said it should work out over time so we will see. We have some other concrete projects that need work so we will likely use LandCore again. Only reasons why this is 5 stars is because one of the days they were supposed to come (either to seal the concrete or cut the control joints, can't remember) they said it would be between 9-10. I waited at home until 10, they still hadn't shown up, and I ended up having to leave to go to work, but they could still do the work without me there. Also, like mentioned before, the seal appeared to be applied inconsistently. Overall, we were satisfied.

We had a major project requiring the removal of a large 50'by90' concrete pad, filling in with topsoil, new sod, and landscaping. Izzy and the Terebinth team did a wonderful job giving that space new life and beauty. Complete trust in his commitment to complete the job to our full satisfaction.

I hired Sean Comer at 1016 Masonry to repair brickwork in the front of my home and also to repair cracked concrete in a couple of areas. He and his assistant did an excellent job and were very thorough. They also cleaned up the entire area to my satisfaction when they were finished. I would definitely recommend Sean to anyone who is in need of masonry/concrete repairs.

What went well: price was right. I didn't have to do any prep work - they did everything which made it very easy for me. Work was performed very quickly - just 1 day after Salvador came to look at the site. Also, the finished concrete slab looks nice & matches the existing slab exactly (as far as I can tell - only poured today & still drying). What could be better: instead of moving sprinkler heads as specified, they poured concrete over the top of existing sprinkler lines. Not a big deal, I'll cut the lines & repipe in the spring to avoid future problems, won't take me long or cost much (I can do myself). Also, the crew nearly "forgot" to drill & insert rebar to tie new concrete to the existing slab. I had to run out and remind them, while the concrete was being poured into the form! I would have been upset had there been no rebar. Overall, I am pretty happy with the work that was done, given the price I paid. I would recommend others hire Salvador & his crew to pour concrete - but watch closely to make sure they are doing the work as you specified.

Alan poured a 10 by 14 foot concrete pad in one day. Alan did a great job using the extra concrete to repair some other areas as well. He did more than was required by contract, even using some of the excavated dirt to fill a hole in my yard. He was a pleasure to work with.

I am Nels Sostrom and had Les do some work for me around the yard at my place at 615 Oakhurst Drive in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I was really impressed and satisfied with the work Les did taking down the old fence around the back yard and replacing it. The new fence was very well build using deck screws rather than nails. He replaced the 4x4 posts with treated posts into concrete, connecting them together with 2x4 stringers to which he attached the vertical picket slats with rust proof screws. I was also impressed of how Les replaced the old utility shed with a new and larger shed. In one short day he cut the roof off the old shed into sections and placed it into the dumpster. Then he cut the rest of the old shed into pieces and placed that into the dumpster. The old shed had a concrete floor and short footing. The ground around the footing had filled up until water would run into the floor area. Les designed the new shed for which he had obvious experience. Rather than using the old foundation as it was originally intended he ingenuously build a new foundation setting on top of the old foundation using treated timbers. The new shed is a beauty. It is much more useful. Tall enough to stand up in and with much more storage. I like barn look with hipped roof with shingles. Les is very nice to work with. He is easy to talk to and works very efficiently and cleaned up nicely after the work was done

I worked with Mark on and off for three years. He is the best contractor/handyman I have ever know, out of dozens. He knows how to do most everything and what he doesn't know, he learns or has a cousin who can do it. He is always pleasant, enjoys his work and people. I have asked Mark to do big projects such as total home renovation, and small such as fixing broken windows or painting a room. I have encouraged friends to use Mark and they have all been happy they did.

We had some severe foundation issues and my girlfriend was getting estimates that were clearly taking advantage of the situation. Enter Zach and the team at Ammex, he got his guys over and worked with the engineer to get a plan immediately. They poured an all new foundation and were so reasonable that we had him pour a new, larger driveway and sidewalk. The crew solved our drainage issues and were in and out in no time...and this was during winter! The piece of mind was huge and the final product even better. Thanks Zach!
