What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our clients to better understand their specific event objectives. We also will need to visit the venue that events will be hosted in in order to offer a quote that takes all aspects and variables into consideration. We do offer quotes without meeting and site visits for general requests, but any custom type services will require face to face meeting and subsequent site visit.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No event too large or too small. We offer deep discounting for packages that include planning, design, scenic, decor, audio/visual and management and staffing. One call does it all! We have produced over 3000 events in our eighteen years in the business.
