Introduction: I am Seth Kuddes, owner of United Window Cleaning. When I graduated from CSU with a degree in Business Management it was time for my dreams of being an entrepreneur to be put in motion. I launched United Window Cleaning in the summer of 2007 as a local, family-owned window washing business, and it continues to operate that way. My ongoing desire is to create a thriving window cleaning business that is operated with integrity, marked by professional excellence, and carried out with friendliness. In just a few years we have expanded to cover Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and all the surrounding areas! And because of you, our customers, we are also expanding our services to include gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and screen repair/replacement. As the business has grown, so has my family! In March of 2008 I married my creative, fun-loving wife, Jessica. Our son Josiah was born in 2010, our sweet daughter, Hope, arrived in 2013 and we adopted our second son, Jonah in 2015. Jessi loves being a full-time mom and also helps me run the business behind the scenes. As a family, we attend Mountain View Community Church and lead a small group in our home. We love mountain adventures, arts of all kinds (Im a photographer and Jessi is a painter), traveling the world, and reading together. We also love getting to know new people, so we look forward to meeting you!

I hired United Window Cleaning to do some gutter cleaning. It took a while to find a good time with all of the crazy afternoon storms, but they kept me up to date on timing. When they were able to come out they cleaned the gutters and also let me know about some issues I should have someone else address. Overall I'm happy with their service and plan to have them come back every year.

After not cleaning tracks on my windows as well as I wanted, United Window Cleaning came back to clean tracks better and took care of my needs. They are a first rate company and desire to do a good job for all. Very honest.

The job was not done to my satisfaction. The service [erson was here for only 20 minutes and did not clean the gutter well. In a lot of places mud, sand, and other debris was still there after the job was done. In my view $100, for a 20 minute of work is outrages. When the owner found out that I was dissatified with the work, he called and siad that such a low rating on the service perofmed by his staff has not happened before, and that he will come personally and finish the job himself. He did come and cleaned the gutter to my complete satification. Based upon this I would highly recomend United Windows

Thomas was so careful but thorough. My windows were a challenge as they are 37 years old and kind of cranky. But Thomas met that challenge and my windows (and gutters) are sparkling clean. I am quite happy with United Window Cleaning and will have them back.

Seth arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. First he verified my window pane count and updating his estimate accordingly (I overlooked a couple). He then proceeded to clean all the windows while tending to my specific requests here and there. They are crystal clear, gorgeous!
