Rachel classes have been extraordinary in all aspects of the word. She is superior with everything that her outdoor boot camp has to offer. She is concientous of working out healthfully and working out the full body. Fabulous classes, can't wait for next summer to do it all over again.

My husband has said many times that the time I spent doing personal training with Michelle Tucker hugely contributed to my ability to go through the labor and delivery of our daughter. Because Ive never pursued endurance sports, throughout my pregnancy he had genuine concern that the labor process would be unbearable for me. Luckily, with the help of Michelle, that wasnt the case. Working with her was not only incredible helpful for the last (literal) push of pregnancy, but for every step on the road to delivery day. Michelle showed genuine care and concern for every pain and discomfort I experienced during pregnancy. She assigned exercises and stretches to address each of the ever-changing strains that my body underwent with my developing baby bump. It was amazing to me to encounter all the changes that womens bodies are designed to sustain as they adjust to the new weight distribution and changing physiology that comes with pregnancy. In my times with Michelle, she seemed to always be a step ahead of these changes, knowing the symptoms and aches I might be experiencing next, and suggested exercises and giving advice for each of them. I really appreciated the way that Michelle described the goal of each exercise she assigned. They ranged in purpose from addressing certain pains to strengthening muscles I would need as my baby continued to grow and eventually for the labor and delivery! Michelle's explanations were great motivation for me to do the exercises throughout the week. I knew the details of how I was strengthening and preparing my body and how I was protecting and caring for my baby! With Michelle, no topics were off limits! It was so helpful to have someone who had been through pregnancy and was unashamed in discussing each part and function of my body. She had great advice and knowledge for even my most awkward questions! Michelle's strength of faith in God and the way she trusts Him daily was very comforting to me, especially in discussing my fears as I looked ahead to labor. It's something I had never been through before, and Michelle was so sweet to provide not only tons of really helpful advice for both the mental and physical side of labor, but to also help me find my confidence in the Lord's strength to bring me through it! I am truly grateful for the time I got to spend with Michelle preparing to have my baby!
Busy Cooking Mama is fantastic! I was in a situation where I live in Denver and my sister lives in Fort Collins. My sister went through a heartbreaking tragedy and I wanted to make her and her husband dinners so they didn't have to worry about cooking. That was difficult to do being that I live in Denver and was in the middle of a kitchen remodel. I found busy cooking mama on this site, got in touch with her and within a couple of days my sister and her husband had delicious home-cooked meals delivered to their house. A few days later I got a message from my sister saying that the food was amazing! I just wish Busy Cooking Mama lived closer to me because I would be getting meals for myself :-) Thank you so much! I attended the veggie-slaws class. It was a one-hour session. The dishes were simple enough to make at home on my own, healthy and tasty! Pam's teaching method is hands-on, but not overwhelming. She teaches you how to make the dish and supplies you with a manual to take home! As she is a nutritionist, she informed me of the health benefits of the dishes we made. Pam is very personable. Although you are in a complete stranger's home, you don't feel awkward or uncomfortable. I had a fun, informative time!

Sara has been my main nutritionist for the past few years. After years of suffering from chronic migraine headaches, I finally took her advice to focus on the gut/brain relationship. Upon her advice, I gave up gluten and sugar and as a result gave up all my migraine medications. She realized that my gastrointestinal problems were directly related to the headaches. She knew this complete change in diet would be very difficult for me since I was basically a sugarholic! She helped me with recipes and made the transition so much easier than I thought it would be.If not for her I'm sure I would still be suffering. Spring was a life saver for me and my family. She coached me on nutrition for my hyperactive son. Diet made such a huge difference in his behavior and Spring offered suggestions and meal plans to help us. Spring also serviced me with life coaching that has improved how I handle situations and I still implement these teachings she shared with me to this day. Spring is wonderful to work with and a true blessing to us.
Zach sat down with me, got to know me, and helped me come up with a well-being plan that worked with my busy schedule. He helped me with meal plans, put me through a workout three times a week, and gave me many free resources. He even showed me some strategies to prepare quick and healthy lunches. He guided me through the first few weeks and offered to help longer. He gave me seven different recipes for quick and easy bento lunches. Being a teacher, a quick, healthy, and energizing lunch is important, so I was so grateful for his assistance! All around, Zach is a great nutritionist, yoga coach, personal trainer, or even meditation guide!
