We are a MASK FREE FACILITY, and that is the clientele I am looking for. Thank you for your understanding. I am looking to fill my mornings and early/mid/ late afternoons. Hello, fellow fitness freaks! My name is Shelby, I’m a Personal Trainer here in Fort Collins and have been training people for going on 7 years! I have a lot of experience with all different types of clientele, so whether you are looking to put on mass, lose mass, gain functionality back post surgery or injury, I am here to help! I do offer Kickboxing / Boxing lessons as well, be aware that I teach Boxing and Kickboxing and not SPECIFICALLY self defense, even though learning Boxing and/or Kickboxing will assist in self defense. I do not teach any “street defense”. A little bit about myself; I grew up in the northern Chicago suburbs and used to compete in Kickboxing. Through Kickboxing I met many mentors and one of the mentors introduced me to the idea of becoming a Personal Trainer! After completing an internship program, I became certified and have loved every minute of my career since! I ended up moving to Colorado for more opportunities and a more nature invested life, who wouldn’t you trade a cement jungle for amazing mountains?! I am very enthusiastic and absolutely love people and the only thing I love more than people is the opportunity to help them. My hope for you while training with me is not only that you get the results you want, but that you will LEARN along the way on HOW we got you the results that you were after. I love when my clients ask me questions during our sessions, our sessions should not just be dedicated to you getting a good workout but to you understanding what we are doing and why we are doing it in the first place! Session Prices; 1 Session Per Week - $65 2 Session Per Week - $50 3 Session Per Week - $45 All sessions must be paid for upfront before training. Consultations are only $15

I've worked with Shelby for about two years now, and have nothing but positive things to say about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to creating and teaching exercise plans, tailored to whatever you need - from weight training/conditioning to self defense, she knows her stuff! I have been able to go above and beyond my strength goals because of Shelby's advise on diet and attentiveness to my movements during our workouts. At this moment, I am in the process of cutting weight. Shelby has been pushing me much farther than I ever thought I was capable, and the results speak for themselves. I have lost TWENTY POUNDS in FOUR MONTHS without losing hardly any of my strength, and I could not do it without her. I could go on and on, and I highly recommend Shelby to everyone!

I have been working with Shelby for almost two years now, before Shelby I had tried every diet, exercise plan, and quick fix I could to get control of my fitness. I felt like I had no hope and was at my heaviest weight. Gyms were intimidating and nutrition was something that I understood in theory without any grasp on the practical application. I met Shelby and it changed the trajectory of my whole outlook on fitness. We met to workout 2-3 times a week and in that time she demystified the world of fitness and the gym. She didn’t just put a workout on me like an instructional dvd, she taught me why I was doing what I was doing, how to do it with good form, and what I should be feeling. Now I feel confidence when I go into any gym setting that even if I’m not with Shelby every time I have her knowledge with me to train like someone who knows what they are doing! When I came to helping my eating, she really helped me overhaul my mindset in paying closer attention to my macronutrients, taking power away from my food and giving it back to me, and finding a sustainable balance that has helped me maintain my results. In this wild year of 2020 Shelby even worked to create an incredible workout plan based on the fitness equipment I owned to help me stay fit (and safe) at home while gyms were all closed. In my first year with Shelby I lost just over 60 pounds (SIXTY POUNDS!!!!) and I have been maintaining and refining my results with her since! If you’re looking for a trainer who cares about your individual results, works to make the gym work for you, and wants to not just give you a quick fix to drop a few pounds but to change your outlook on fitness, Shelby is your trainer!
