Hi ladies!
My name is Bennet and I am sole owner of Spirtwend Fitness for Women. I provide one-on-one personal training for ladies in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond!
Fitness has been a staple for most all of my life and I have over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
First session is free.
My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and push you to step outside your comfort zone, while creating a friendly, comfortable, and fun environment that will have you excited to come in for your next session. My goal is to share the positive physical, emotional, and mental changes that comes from a healthy lifestyle through building healthier habits.
I love helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves through sustainable lifestyle changes.
I am an experienced professional and I specialize in human biomechanics, nutrition, Improve flexibility, balance & endurance, weight loss, improve posture, muscle therapy techniques, and assisted stretching.
