"My son started piano lessons at 5 years old, and then at 7 years he started taking lessons from Gary. The past two years of lessons with Gary have been incredible. Gary does an excellent job of teaching him proper piano techniques and skills such as timing, body position, rhythm but make it fun. My son had already developed some “bad habits” or not learned them correctly the first two years of lessons. Gary worked diligently to make sure those were corrected and he had a good foundation and has improved exponentially these past two years. Gary incorporates songs my son is familiar with into his lessons as well as technique practice. With his improvement over the past two years, he has also developed a love for playing and frequently asks if he can practice rather than me having to constantly remind him to practice. I highly recommend Gary as a piano instructor and we hope to have several years of him teaching our children. "

"Before I decided to begin taking piano lessons, I had no goals of ever becoming a music educator. This was until I began taking lessons from my first instructor, Will Baily. I quickly fell in love with piano and learning something new every week. I absolutely adored and still adore making music. He introduced me to the idea of majoring in music, and I have wanted to pursue it ever since. Offering me my first teaching job, he opened up a huge opportunity for me to get a glimpse of what teaching was like. I thoroughly enjoyed every second I spent in lessons with Will."

"Our family first met Annika in 2013 when my daughter and I began learning to play the violin. My daughter says, "Annika is friendly and good at explaining things." I second that; and, would add "patience" to the list of descriptors. We felt so lucky to find in the Annika in the busy DC area where the demand for good music teachers is so great. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending her. We really miss her!"

"Teresa was my daughter's piano teacher here in Chicago from kindergarten to 8th grade. From time to time, aside from piano lessons she helped my daughter with her clarinet for her school band. Teresa was an excellent teacher & a wonderful person. She inspired my kids with her works. I highly recommend her for everyone that needs a music lesson. "

"I commissioned a song to surprise my husband with at our wedding. I had written the lyrics years before but had no musical ability. She did an outstanding job of capturing the emotion and tune I wanted and her piano work was delicate and beautiful. She was also very reasonably priced."

"I only did one set of lessons with Ms. Vanessa, but she was fantastic. I totally would have returned for more, but I ended up moving out of state. I am in my mid-twenties, and have been trying to teach myself piano for several years. Lessons with Ms. Vanessa were the first ones I ever had and were a great investment. She is a positive and friendly teacher and knows a lot about music (obviously!). Highly recommend."

"Kate has been a great teacher for my 10-year old who is a beginning piano student. Kate is patient, explains things well, pushes students to advance, and has frequent recitals to encourage students to "shoot for" something. She also teaches voice. Her central Fort Collins location is perfect. I highly recommend her!"
