  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We generally start our process with a brief conversation about the client's needs and desires and then determine if we would be a good fit. Our clients are told up front that they have a choice and if at any time they feel we are not a right fit, they can just let us know and we'll part has friends.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I've been in the industry since 1995. Most of my professional life has been in a management or ownership position.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Make sure they know what they are doing. Any agent that talks more about their company than what they have done for clients are NOT good.
