Our pricing reflects the level of personalization, expertise, and care that goes into every itinerary we design. If you’re simply looking for the absolute cheapest flight or a generic, one-size-fits-all vacation package, we may not be the best fit — and that’s okay. We specialize in fully customized travel experiences tailored to your preferences, travel style, and priorities. Every trip is thoughtfully designed, and we invest significant time researching, refining, and perfecting each itinerary to ensure it flows seamlessly and delivers exceptional value. We are always mindful of your budget and work hard to maximize value — balancing quality, comfort, and meaningful experiences. Our goal isn’t just to book a trip; it’s to design one that feels effortless, elevated, and uniquely yours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and seamless from start to finish. 1. Complimentary Planning Session We begin with a consultation to discuss your travel goals, preferences, timeline, and budget. 2. Agreement to Work Together Once we decide we’re a good fit, we formalize our partnership so I can begin detailed planning on your behalf. 3. Client Intake Form You’ll complete a short form that helps me understand important travel details and preferences. 4. Initial Proposals Amore Travel Designs presents 1–3 curated proposals outlining destination options, timing, experiences, and estimated investment ranges. 5. Refinement & Final Proposal We refine the preferred option together until everything feels just right. A firm proposal is then delivered for approval. 6. Deposit & Booking You submit a payment authorization form, and I finalize and secure all reservations. 7. Pre-Travel Support & Travel Documents You receive a comprehensive digital itinerary (with a printed copy upon request). I stay in touch monthly leading up to departure, remain available by phone or email during your travels for any assistance, and follow up after you return. The goal is to make the entire experience organized, stress-free, and thoughtfully managed — so you can simply enjoy the journey.

Education and continued training are a major part of how we operate at Amore Travel Designs. Travel is constantly evolving, so we are consistently investing in ongoing education to better serve our clients. We regularly participate in partner trainings through video calls, destination-focused courses, and in-person industry conferences. This allows us to stay current on new destinations, luxury properties, cruise products, and unique experiences that we can thoughtfully incorporate into our clients’ itineraries. We are also proud members of Virtuoso, which places a strong emphasis on professional development. Through Virtuoso, we engage in daily workshops, educational sessions, business calls, and training programs covering emerging trends, global travel updates, and best practices in luxury travel planning. This continuous education ensures that our recommendations are informed, current, and aligned with the highest standards in the industry.
