Juliet is a knowledgeable professional travel agent. She created a travel itinerary for my first vacation in Hawaii which included days of relaxation, sightseeing and fun activities. This is my first time using a travel agent and made the right decision. She took care of locating and booking flights, hotels and excursions using her experience and knowledge. I will use her again for future travels.

Juliet has been awesome to work with. I thought that my trip would be easy, it turns out it was not so simple. Juliet worked with me every step of the way. When I requested phone conversations over text conversations or email she was always there. I would highly highly recommend Juliet as a travel agent. Juliet was phenomenal. We gave her a brief description of what we wanted - Christmas week in London and she created an amazing itinerary. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are fee-based and vary with the complexity of your vacation plans. This ensures that you have my undivided attention in the planning and design of your itinerary. We'll do a free consultation where you'll tell me your vacation dreams, and I'll tell you up front what you can expect working with me.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to me and I'll send you my travel questionnaire, which we will discuss during a free consultation where you get to to tell me about the trip you have in mind. After your design fee is paid I'll work alongside my travel partners at your destination to create exactly the vacation you asked for. I may offer you some additional choices and options and once you decide that the itinerary is perfect, I'll take care of the booking details and logistics so that you can have a stress-free vacation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I receive my training from my host agency, Gifted Travel Network; from ASTA (the American Society for Travel Advisors; VIrtuoso, the world's largest travel consortium; and from travel partners worldwide. Training for travel advisors is always ongoing, so that as the world and the travel industry change, we can continue to provide the best service to you.
