- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe if you’re charging for a service that no one is willing to pay for then everyone’s time and energy is wasted. Our prices are always negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with identifying their expectations. From there I make sure that I am able to meet and exceed their expectations at a rate that’s affordable and makes sense.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In middle school I helped my neighbor who owned his own floor stripping and waxing business. We would strip and wax grocery store floors overnight.
