Caitlin is awesome to work with. We were co-writers for the Loh Down on Science as well as Managing Editors (MEs) at different times. While she was an ME, she was a great leader and was super innovative and organized. During my term as ME, Caitlin was very professional and always got her work done on time. Michael seems to have a real knack for solving tough problems, and I think of all the people I've worked with in recent memory, he's probably the most resourceful in terms of getting down to the nitty gritty of finding out what needs to be done in order to make creative projects work. He's also great with short, punchy copy and content strategy. I would recommend him for anything on the digital front, as well as traditional advertising and direct marketing.

    Mark built us a new website and sales funnel, improved our email marketing and helped us with our social media. Originally we asked to have our Wordpress site redesigned, but we’re very happy that we went with the recommendation to migrate to a better looking and easier to manage platform. I had envisioned a lot of chaos in moving our site, but it was painless. Mark is a smart guy and he was attentive, responsive and conscientious throughout. We were hesitant initially, since Plus 1 is a smaller group than we’ve worked with in the past. It definitely has proven a very good decision for us. To be frank, we’ve been surprised with the improvements we’re experiencing, given we aren’t using any new marketing tools, other than our new sales funnel, which we also resisted but are glad we followed Mark’s advice. After the holidays we’ll be working with Mark again on video marketing. If you need a website or marketing work, I heartily endorse Mark and his team.
