- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A couple months ago Inspected a home for a couple from out of town that was an older home that had been foreclosed on before and had numerous issues. I spent hours with them at the site covering all their questions and showing them my findings. This week the called me back to inspect another home for them, they used the information I gave them at the previous inspection and made a much better choice of property to purchase. My services saved them a lot of expense and unhappiness that would have been involved with the first choice. They are happy, and I am happy to have been able to help them.
