FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a variety of pricing options for personal training that work for most budgets. We offer 30-minute sessions and 60-minute sessions. We also offer discounts for customers who commit to their health success for 3-months or 6-months. The discounts vary based on how many times a week you wish to work with a trainer. We would love the opportunity to meet with you during a FREE consultation to determine which plan works best for your goals and your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started with personal fitness training we start with a complimentary consultation. We want to get to know who you are, what is important to you, what you want out of working with a trainer, and ultimately how we can help. After our initial consultation your trainer will go to work developing a fitness plan to meet your needs. We customize each client’s plan to your individual starting point. We take into account your overall fitness goals, initial fitness level, nutrition habits, and lifestyle. Each fitness program is specifically tailored to the individual client. We use our experience of working with hundreds of clients to design a plan that will get you to your fitness goals. We are excited to meet with you and start working together.
