I offer single 1 hour sessions for $60, an 8 pack for $400 ($50 per session), and a 12 pack for $540 ($45 per session)

I am the winner of Greeley's Best Personal Trainer award for 2019 and was runner up in 2018. I pride myself in being personable and being able to modify any exercise to suit my client's needs. One of my goals as your trainer is to make sure that not only are you progressing, but also that working out is fun and something you look forward to. I love helping client's adapt a lasting healthy lifestyle.

My experience with Kendal Frisbie CPT, has been excellent. He is always on time and communicates about any schedule changes in advance. He is great about working around my schedule as well. He is very knowledgeable about his field, any questions I have he answers thoroughly. My son also trains with him and we have completely different nutrition plans and training sessions, Kendal listens to what your goals are and builds your plan around those. My training sessions are fun and different and keep me from getting bored which I love. He is encouraging and supportive and professional. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a personal trainer that wants to reach their goals.

He really paid attention to my needs and customized workouts to my ability level. He made working out fun and I can’t wait to continue my journey with him! He truly cares about each one of his clients and makes you feel important and not just like another person in the gym.

Kendal saved my life in many ways. Before him all my internals numbers where pointing toward a heart attack. Now they are in the healthy range. Being older I was not sure if I could learn to like exercise, but he helped me find my groove and has completely changed my life.
